We hope you love your Vivi’s Vacation pieces as much as we loved creating them for you. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to be worn, loved, and taken somewhere beautiful.
Should something not be quite right, you’ll find everything you need to know below.
Returns
We gladly accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
All pieces must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, packaging, and hygiene liners intact.
For hygiene purposes, we kindly ask that swimwear bottoms be tried on over clean underwear. Swimwear with a removed, damaged, or altered hygiene liner cannot be accepted for return.
Pieces showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
Final Sale
Sale and discounted pieces, worn or washed swimwear, swimwear with a removed or damaged hygiene liner, made-to-order or custom pieces, and gift cards are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Beginning a Return
To request a return, please reach out to us at Contact@VivisVacation.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, the piece or pieces you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Once your request has been approved, we’ll share everything you need to send your return back to us.
Please wait for return approval before sending your pieces back.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless your order arrived incorrect or defective.
We recommend choosing a trackable shipping service, as Vivi’s Vacation cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged on their journey back to us.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return arrives, our team will carefully inspect your pieces and confirm the status of your return.
Approved returns may be issued to your original form of payment or as store credit, in accordance with the terms of your purchase.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process an approved refund.
Store credit is valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive something other than what you ordered, please reach out to Contact@VivisVacation.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number along with a few clear photos, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Exchanges
As our collections are produced in limited quantities, we cannot always guarantee direct exchanges. If you’re dreaming of another size, color, or style, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help based on availability.
