Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Vivi's Vacation swimwear. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return it.

Exchanges

Need a different size or print? Exchange within 30 days of delivery, and your first exchange ships free. Email contact@vivisvacation.com with your order number and the size or print you'd like, and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Exchanges depend on available stock.

Returns

Return unworn pieces within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges ($8 on orders under $150) are non-refundable.

Condition of items

For hygiene reasons, pieces must be unworn and unwashed, with tags and the hygiene liner attached. Please try swimwear on over clean underwear. Items that don't meet these conditions will be sent back.

Final sale

Sale and discounted pieces, worn or washed items, and gift cards can't be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or wrong order

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email photos to contact@vivisvacation.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right, with shipping on us.

How to start a return or exchange

Email contact@vivisvacation.com with your order number, the item(s), and whether you'd like an exchange or refund. We'll reply with instructions within 2 business days.
